ELWIND is a joint Estonian-Latvian state-run cross-border offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea.
The project is led by Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia, Ministry of Economics of Latvia, Environmental Investment Centre of Estonia (KIK) and Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).
The purpose of the website is to be a source of information about this project. As another function, the website also has a contact form to ask questions from the project leaders.
