The aim of the procurement is to study within the scope of environmental impact assessment the following:
- To identify the seasonal occurrence and abundance of the spring-spawning Baltic herring, as well as the importance of the location of the proposed activity as a habitat for the spring-spawning Baltic herring.
- To assess whether the impact area of the proposed activities is located on migratory routes of the spring-spawning Baltic herring and may have an impact on the migration of the species.
- Cumulative aspects must be taken into account (with other projects in the ELWIND vicinity area).
The Contracting Authority’s proposal for the study is an acoustic study.
