A public discussion on the environmental impact assessment (EIA) program for the ELWIND offshore wind park in the Estonian region of Saaremaa will take place on 12 September at 16:00 at the Torgu community center in Saaremaa.
In addition to the public hearing in Saaremaa, the EIA program for the ELWIND offshore wind park in Estonia can be consulted during the public consultation from 07.08.2024 to 30.08.2024 (inclusive) on the TTJA website or in the TTJA’s public document register.
Comments, objections, and questions on the EIA program can be submitted until the end of the public consultation period until 30.08.2024 (inclusive) by sending a letter to the TTJA’s e-mail address info@ttja.ee or in paper form to the postal address Endla 10a, Tallinn 10122.
